Create weekly videos FAST: 40-minute guide
Consistency is everything for a marketing consultant. I post a video every week on LinkedIn for my B2B SaaS clients, and I keep it snappy — under 40 minutes. Here’s my four-step process:
Step 1: Scripting with Claude AI (~10 mins)
I don’t reinvent the wheel — I repurpose blog content into video scripts. Claude AI is my script buddy. I drop in the blog, set the tone, length, and audience, and tell Claude what visuals I want. Boom! It spits out a script and creative prompts. Quick tweaks, and we’re golden. Claude handles prompts better than ChatGPT — sorry, GPT, it’s not you; it’s Claude.
Step 2: Voiceover and Visuals with ElevenLabs + DALL-E (~15–20 mins)
Script done, next up: ElevenLabs for voiceover and DALL-E for visuals. ElevenLabs makes voice selection easy with presets. I just pick a voice that matches the vibe — no drama. DALL-E takes a bit more coaxing (like convincing a cat to come inside), but it gets there. Prompts need a little finessing to nail the visuals, but we make it work.
Step 3: Compiling with Canva (~5 mins)
Canva is my “throw it all together” tool. I drop in the voiceover, visuals, and script — mix and match for about 5 minutes, and voilà, it’s all set. Canva’s so intuitive even my cat could use it. (Okay, maybe not, but you get the idea.)
Step 4: Subtitles with Kapwing (~5 mins)
Kapwing is the cherry on top. I upload the video, let it generate subtitles, and do a quick review. It’s fast and makes sure your viewers won’t be squinting and guessing what’s being said. Subtitles: the unsung heroes of engagement.
That’s it!
And there you have it — a polished video ready to post in just under 40 minutes. This process keeps me efficient, consistent, and ready to impress my B2B SaaS clients.
